Position Summary : The Field Marketing Coordinator in new markets creates and maintains an insanely recognized and reputable brand in their market while increasing lead generation. Their core focus is featuring the best apartment deals in their market and sharing content that adds value to our audience. They are also responsible for marketing our brand through multiple initiatives such as sharing market knowledge through social media, influencer and event marketing. This role is pivotal in the success of a new market and they work closely with multiple departments internally and are a key external voice.

Manage Social Media platforms of the assigned market(s) and focus heavily on growing our organic brand Manage / update content calendar and utilize project management tools Generate leads through social media and other marketing efforts Convey the brand “voice” in the assigned market through copywriting for social platforms, website, and other marketing initiatives - staying within brand guidelines Be the Market Expert Run searches for apartments through search platforms, agents, and other resourcesPost the best apartment dealsPost educational market insightsManage ongoing database/tracking of dealsCollaborate with and support cross-departmental teams such as sales and business development to promote our local brand to customers and future clients (properties)Work closely with leasing staff to develop our brand reputationWork closely with the Market Leader to promote key propertiesBe the marketing point of contact for your market Create, execute, analyze and manage a variety of marketing initiatives Develop and execute entertaining/fun ideas for social media channelsBe agile and adjust posting strategies based on current business needsCreate periodical reports of social insightsPlan and participate in local events, promote as neededWork with Influencers and other partners to promote your market Manage and update website content Leases / ListingsBlogs Participate in team meetings and collaborative sessions, generate new ideas and execute Assist with marketing efforts in other markets, as needed All other duties as assigned

Technology Skills

Instagram and Facebook for business Google Analytics Wordpress Asana (or other project management software) Canva (or other image / photo editing tool)

Education and Competencies :

2+ years of marketing experience, social media or event marketing preferred Experience running large social media accounts is ideal Experience in inbound marketing Comfortable with data entry & cold calling Attention to detail Effective time management and communication skills Strong listening skills and ability to handle feedback Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Work Environment and Physical Requirements :

Assures that safety regulations are followed at all times Follows policies and procedures including infection control, universal precautions, and exposure control plans when performing daily tasks.  Reports hazardous conditions, accidents, and incidents to the immediate supervisor Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching
