ICG O&T Control and Reporting is a strategic risk management organization that is integral to ensuring ICG Operations and Technology have the appropriate controls, oversight and reporting in place across all products, processes and systems to fully protect the Firm. Within ICG O&T Control and Reporting, the Business Management Office is responsible for the group’s ongoing planning, administrative and organizational development activities. These include management of the Financial, Headcount, Real Est ate and Vendor Management Planning Processes; as well as providing ongoing support to the ICG Operations & Technology Control & Reporting Leadership Team. The Business Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a professional team or department. The team drives the overall administrative activities of the business. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. The role is focused on Executive level presentations, scorecards, and reporting. This includes designing and developing reporting (inclusive of dashboard creation and management) and deep dives into the metrics for predictive and forensic analysis including trending. The individual will also be responsible for creating dynamic storytelling decks for senior forums, town halls and meetings. Applies in-depth understanding of how data analytics collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinates and contributes to the objectives of the entire function. Produces detailed analysis of issues where the best course of action is not evident from the information available, but actions must be recommended/taken. Responsible for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of data science projects along with short-term planning resource planning. Partner with the broader Business Management Community to to understand and execute the creative strategy. Manage creative execution process. Conduct management activities for a mid-size team such as training, evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. Ability to manage teams. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Qualifications: 6-10 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably in a Consulting, Data Analytics, Business Office, Chief of Staff or CAO Role Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite; basic macro coding experience and proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions Demonstrated presentation skills Demonstrated organizational and project management skills Analytical ability, strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with Senior Management A good team player with the ability to multi- task Knowledge of ICG products and business processes. Understanding of Corporate Finance processes Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter Ability to prioritise is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.
