What we are looking for:

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Client Services, the Analyst will be collaborating with the team on client presentations as well as on tools to centralize information. The person that will be joining the team will have the chance to work on tasks and projects that are aligned with personal interests and aptitudes.

Your responsibilities:

Supporting BAU tasks such as Salesforce support as well as creating client presentation materials and custom reports for financial advisors and high net worth clients;Building out a team resource (SharePoint) to centralize information;Testing and implementation of (3) workstreams in the US and Canada.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or any related field;Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel and PowerPoint);Knowledge of financial vehicles would be an asset;Interest in learning new systems (training will be given on industry standard CRM, Salesforce);Knowledge and interest in Power BI would be an asset;Team oriented;Sense of organization;Attention to detail.
