Our Need

We’re at the forefront of what’s next in education and we’re looking for an experienced call center sales executive to join our team. This remote position will be responsible for connecting with potential customers who have expressed interest in our programs and scheduling appointments with our Course Advisors to further assist with closing.

Job Duties

  • Asks probing questions to determine the goals of each potential learner
  • Answers general questions about course content and structure
  • Provides a high level view of our innovative approach to executive education
  • Sets appointments for Course Advisors who can further assist with content questions, pricing and payment options
  • Gathers any information that may increase the efficiency of scheduled consultations
  • Demonstrates passion and excitement for our products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years call center experience (sales environment preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Dependable professional with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent phone presence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Dependable high-speed internet and a quiet place to work
