The Position

The Full Stack Engineer III will have responsibility to develop and maintain full stack solutions independently or in partnership with internal or external resources. This role will be responsible for designing complex solutions and lead them from idea to full scale production.



Reports to a manager in the Technology Innovation and Architecture Team. Interacts with internal stakeholders across business units as well as external suppliers and partners.


Essential Functions

  • Development expertise with Salesforce ecosystem and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Able to take a concept from idea to finished, functional feature
  • Have deep experience with CI/CD, Agile, and automated deployment best practices
  • Self-directs activities and works through goal setting, time management, and planning
  • Applies original thinking to produce new ideas and innovative products
  • Rapidly acquires new knowledge and learns new skills


Physical Requirements

0-10% overnight travel required; May require international travel.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years experience within software or product development function. Must have relevant experience across software development, infrastructure, and operations. (8+ years experience without degree)
  • Specific or technical job skills: Required expert level knowledge of Salesforce and similar platforms. Must have experience managing a DevOps process as well as tools such as Azure DevOps or similar. Experience in healthcare/life sciences (GxP) a plus. Knowledge of APIs, general scripting and automation, and strong collaboration skills are required. Significant experience with integration architecture to support downstream and upstream data transfer
  • At least one certification within the Salesforce Developer or Architecture track, or Microsoft Power Platform; advanced certifications preferred
